Top 10 Term Finder

Enter a keyword. We fetch the live Google top 10, read every page, and show you the words and phrases those pages have in common — and how many of the ten use each one. That's the core step behind paid content optimizers; here it's free, 5 lookups a day.

How it works

  1. We query Google (US, English) for your keyword and take the top 10 organic results.
  2. We extract the main text of each page (pages under 500 characters are skipped).
  3. We count, for every word and two-word phrase, how many of those pages use it. Terms used by only one page are dropped.
  4. Results are cached for 30 days; a repeat lookup doesn't cost you a query.

This is a minimal version we built to understand the category while testing commercial tools. Paid tools do far more — briefs, editors, scoring, integrations. When we publish our tests, we score them against exactly this kind of ground truth.
